Portal Publisher Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your grant criteria, all applicant communications, and all selection decisions. Grant Search US does not review, endorse, or validate your grant criteria or eligibility requirements.

Nondiscrimination: Ensure your eligibility criteria comply with all applicable civil rights laws, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and applicable state anti-discrimination statutes. Grant Search US does not screen criteria for legal compliance.

Applicant data (GDPR/CCPA): You are the data controller for any personal information submitted by applicants through your portal. You must provide applicants with a privacy notice, handle their data lawfully, and honor any deletion or access requests. Do not collect more personal data than necessary.

Dispute resolution: Rejected applicants may contact you directly to request the basis for rejection. You must maintain a reasonable process for handling such inquiries. Grant Search US is not a party to any dispute between you and applicants and bears no liability for selection decisions.
